Overview

NexGard™ for Dogs is a monthly beef-flavoured soft chew that provides fast, effective protection against fleas, ticks and mites. Its active ingredient afoxolaner is absorbed into the bloodstream within 6 hours, killing fleas within 8 hours and controlling paralysis ticks within 24 hours of administration. Newly acquired ticks are killed within 48 hours.

Each monthly dose protects against paralysis ticks, brown dog ticks, bush ticks, fleas, demodex and sarcoptic mites, biting lice and flea tapeworm. It can be given with or without food and is approved for breeding, pregnant and lactating dogs. 

Safe for puppies from 8 weeks of age and weighing at least 2 kg, with four weight-based sizes available up to 50 kg.
