RSPCA Pet Insurance — PetFlex

PetFlex is the customisable half of RSPCA's 2026 relaunch under Pacific International as issuer. Owners set an annual limit up to $35,000, reimbursement at 60%, 70%, 80% or 90%, and an annual excess from $0 to $500 — with no sub-limits applied. Waiting periods run one day for accidents and 14 for illness, and the Direct2Vet network can pay participating vets directly. Optional extras cover dental illness, behavioural conditions, supportive therapies and routine care, and premiums help support animals in need.
