Bucketty's Brewing Company

Bucketty's Brewing opened in Brookvale in 2020 with a taproom built around 15 rotating taps of beer, cider, wine and cocktails, and a kitchen fed by an on-site food truck under the Dope Fusion banner. The brewhouse name and timber bar both trace back to the founders' Bucketty hop farm north of Sydney: a bridge table in the fit-out is milled from trees the 2020 bushfires took down on that property. Live music runs five nights a week and the space leans rougher and more live-gig than the scrubbed-industrial taprooms elsewhere in the Brookvale cluster.

Dogs are welcome, well-behaved and leashed, inside the taproom or under the umbrellas out front. The venue sits within the Brookvale brewery precinct alongside 4 Pines, Nomad, Dad & Dave's and Modus, making it a standard stop on the walking circuit.
