Casey’s Brewery

Casey's Brewery is a small independent craft bar and retail set-up in Jamisontown, run by Pat Casey and Ryoko Otaka, who have operated in homebrew supply since the early 2000s. The bar runs 12 taps — eight or nine core beers rotating alongside specials, cornie kegs, growler fills, and bottled singles, six-packs and cartons ready for takeaway. Hours are short and weekends-only: Thursday and Friday late afternoon through evening, with Saturday and Sunday opening at midday. Hot bar snacks cover the drinking crowd; there is no full kitchen.

Locals in the Jamisontown craft-beer circle tend to call ahead. The site sits within reach of the M4 commuter strip and a short drive from Nepean River bike paths where leashed dogs go for the afternoon.
