Muraborah Reserve

Off Leash Area in Maroubra

Overview

Located in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, Muraborah Reserve in Maroubra is an unfenced off-leash area. The declared off-leash zone spans the reserve between Wride Street and Duncan Street, adjacent to Maroubra Bay Public School.

The reserve is a grassed neighbourhood park with a fenced playground within the site and simple path connections.

Dogs may be exercised off leash within the declared area. Dogs must be on a leash outside the declared area, and dogs are prohibited from the playground, community gardens and cricket nets.

Muraborah Reserve sits by Maroubra Bay Public School with access from Wride Street and Duncan Street.

The open, unfenced layout suits dogs with reliable recall that are comfortable in a shared public space.

Muraborah Reserve is managed by Randwick City Council.
