Overview
The Newmarket Hotel sits on the main corner of Mascot, trading seven days with a two-kitchen setup: one dedicated to wood-fired pizzas, the other to steaks, burgers, ribs, wings and parmas. A spice-bag pizza lives on the secret menu. The venue is family-owned and runs the attached Manhattan SuperBowl bowling alley downstairs — ten-pin lanes under disco lights with arcade games, a vintage photobooth and frozen cocktails. Trivia is Thursday at seven, live music and sports screen through the week, and doors stay open to three in the morning most nights.
Dogs are welcome in the astroturfed beer garden and outdoor seating. On Tuesdays the kitchen runs 'Puppy Parmas' — a five-dollar chicken parma sized for a dog — which means bringing the dog along is part of the menu, not a concession to it.
