Overview

Mosman parkrun starts each Saturday at 7am from Spit West Reserve on The Spit, following a course through the Middle Harbour foreshore reserve on the Lower North Shore. The route combines sealed foreshore paths with grass and mild undulation across the spit headland — some of the most scenic terrain on the Sydney parkrun network.

Dogs are welcome on a short handheld non-extendable lead — one per runner. Entry is free; register once at parkrun.com.au. Post-run breakfast options in Mosman village are within a short drive.
