Overview
Located in Sydney’s Northern Suburbs, Ryde Park in Ryde is a fenced dog park. The garden-setting reserve includes walking paths, picnic areas, sports fields, a playground, a basketball court, and a café nearby.
The park is known for its newly upgraded playground, landscaped gardens, cycle paths, and accessible toilets. There is a water station with dog bowl for pets.
Dogs may be exercised off leash at all times within the enclosed off-leash area.
Ryde Park is bounded by Blaxland Road, Argyle Avenue and is close to Top Ryde City shopping centre. It features free on-site parking (4-hour limit) near the café and the enclosed dog-off leash area. Multiple bus routes run along adjacent roads.
The secure, fenced enclosure makes Ryde Park especially suited for puppies, small or less confident dogs needing safe off-leash space.
Ryde Park is managed by the City of Ryde.
