Vital doubles the Mid-Range annual limit to $10,000 while keeping Petcover's co-payment structure: choose 10%, 20% or 30% alongside a $0, $100 or $200 excess. Cruciate ligament conditions are covered to $2,500, cancer to $5,000 and hip dysplasia to $4,000, with consultations capped at $400 a year. Dogs carry $1 million in third party liability. Accidents have no waiting period, illness claims open after 28 days, and lifetime cover continues once a pet is accepted. Sovereign insures the product.
