Veal Tendons

Overview
WAG Veal Tendons are single-ingredient chews made from veal (young beef) tendon, naturally air-dried. A natural source of glucosamine, B vitamins, and protein, free from additives and preservatives. The firm, chewy texture provides a longer-lasting chew than soft treats.
Suited to dogs of most sizes. The glucosamine content is supplementary in nature and not a substitute for veterinary management of diagnosed joint conditions. As a beef-derived product, not appropriate for dogs with a confirmed beef sensitivity. Supervision during chewing is recommended.

Veal tendon is a connective tissue derived from young cattle, classified as an animal-based ingredient. It is primarily included in pet food for its high collagen content, which supports joint health and provides a natural source of protein. Veal tendon is used in its natural, whole form, offering both nutritional value and a chewy texture that can promote dental health in pets.
Veal tendon is included as a novel animal protein and chewable component, providing both a source of collagen and a texture that promotes dental health. Its presence can also serve as a premium, label-friendly ingredient appealing to consumers seeking natural, single-protein treats.
