Dad & Dave's Brewing

Dad & Dave's is a family-owned Brookvale brewery, first brewing in 2011 and moving into a proper taproom in 2017 after six years of production-only runs. A 2019 expansion took the space to around 100 seats and 20 taps, with a sunny beer garden out back and a kitchen that leans hard into burgers — they have picked up hardware on the Sydney burger circuit more than once. Hours are Thursday and Friday from 5pm, Saturday from midday into the late evening, Sunday from midday until dinner.

Dogs are welcome on-lead inside the taproom and in the beer garden, with staff providing water bowls on request. The site is one of the Brookvale brewery cluster's dog regulars, alongside 4 Pines, Nomad, Bucketty's and Manly Spirits within a short walking loop of each other.
