Overview
Riverside Brewing Co. opened in North Parramatta in 2012 as one of Western Sydney's early craft outfits, brewing pure hand-crafted ales on-site. The cellar-door bar runs Friday and Saturday afternoons through evening. The distribution reach is the real scale story — more than 20 bottle shops and 50 bars and restaurants around Sydney pour Riverside beers. The taproom itself stays small: a handful of taps, a basic bar menu and live music on weekends.
North Parramatta is close enough to Parramatta Park and the Parramatta River walking path that Riverside slots naturally into a weekend dog-walk route through the suburb.
