Overview
We Three opened in 2024 on a heritage Marrickville corner, run by mother-and-daughter pair Catherine and Ali Gibson Roy. The name nods to the 1987 cult film Withnail and I, and the two-storey fit-out keeps going upstairs into the Radish Lounge. The wine list mixes Australian and old-world with a natural bent, the cocktails stay classic, and the Mediterranean-leaning kitchen does the lifting: charred octopus, chorizo in red wine, braised lamb shank pappardelle, and late-night spicy meatballs that have quietly picked up a cult following. Thursdays bring seasonal pasta at $17.
