Overview
Scarlet Weasel is a small Redfern bar that has built a following out of cocktail work and community — the Scarlet Special, a house whisky sour, is the one regulars tend to order first. The room runs tight and unassuming, with quiz nights and DJ sets keeping the programming mixed through the week. The bar lists itself as a queer-friendly and transgender-safe space, which shapes the crowd and the vibe.
